We have taken the difficult decision to cancel our Ypres members rally.

Having considered :

• The current lock down situation and likely restrictions when it ends.
• The uncertainty around travel,both at home and when leaving and re entering the UK.
• The uncertainty around vaccine timetables and the impact this could have on holding events and travel.
• The possibility of being able to hold any kind of gathering and the possible implications for organisations and communities, should we attempt to do so.

We believe that it is the correct decision to cancel this event and to inform members as soon as possible.

This is doubly disappointing as our intention was, that this event was to be the light at the end of a very long tunnel.

We hope that you understand this decision and thank you for your continued support.We also hope that our Members Rallies can go ahead in the second half of the year and will keep you posted on these through this website and Jet Set.
