Stator rewiring?

Postby AlG » Mon Aug 06, 2018 11:31 am

I have a few stators that I want to renovate.
What grade of connecting wire should I use? Current, diameter?
Also do people just use araldite epoxy to overcome vibration?
Any recommendations for suppliers?

http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/

Are always good for electrical components.

Wire rated for 10-15amps is probably sufficient

Many thanks all. I have used the SR kits in the past, but when doing an electronic DC conversion you need an extra yellow - agreed they are good value though.
Just ordered a range of wire and black shielding tube from Vehicle-Wiring-Products for £10 that should allow me to do three stators, so pretty much the same as SR :D
