The Cush drive rear sprocket was fitted in most Italian, up to the GP and all Spanish motors I've seen.
They're supposed to be unreliable in high powered motors, and given that most of them will be between 30 and 60 years old, you might want to check for broken springs and tight rivets. If you could find a service kit then you could probably renovate it. That said, if it's not going into a high power, high mileage motor and looks ok then it'll probably be OK.
