When my scooter is on its stand, the front wheel is not off the ground.
I've seen mention of Sticky's suggestion on how to correct this. Can anyone tell me what it was please? I guess I need to put some sort of packing on the two lugs to stop the stand going so far forward.

I've got these stuck on the crossmember behind the stand https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-STRIPS-STI ... Sw7aNcfkK4 Just cut off the large balance weights on the strips.

Don't the lugs on the stand sometimes get overstressed and bend over a bit?

Thanks HxPaul. That sounds like a very good idea.

Avoid sitting on your scooter with the stand down. This what usually causes it.

Why would you want the front wheel off the ground, it just looks wrong imo.

Front wheel isn’t supposed to be off the ground with the stand down, it should still be just in contact with tbe ground
