Who to Nickel / Copper plate panelwork?

Postby soullad » Tue Apr 16, 2019 5:05 pm

Hello all,
Can anyone recommend someone to entrust my S1 panelwork for Nickel or Copper plating?
Don’t mind travelling for the right job.
Cheers
Ian

a lot of peeps wont touch copper plating anymore cos of the gasses given off during the process
but I believe Midas Touch still gives it a good sniff

Trev's work is absolutely top-notch. Always been delighted with the bits he's done for me.

I called Midas Touch but they said they aren’t doing any plating anymore, which might be useful info to others who might have thinking about using them?

Copper also traps moisture between the metal and the coating causing it to rust from the inside out
