Yes I ordered one in 2016 it came with a wanky split link I didn’t like the look of I sent it back without using it don’t know if they have changed them since then though but they seemed very cheap.

Just had a look £15 I think that should tell you all you need to know. Also it states zero returns in the years they have been producing them....really!! Well I sent mine back.

i bought one a couple of years back, wasnt happy with the Split pin holding it together(looked like the one in the petrol tap linkage ) .
sent it back for a refund .
Im used to using half links on chains using the " horse shoe" type clip , but much prefer rivetted ones.

I think the one I recently fitted to a mate's scooter (he brought me the parts for me to fit) was Scotopia, and I am sure it was not a split-pin chain. It was fully rivetted.

Perhaps they have changed supplier/spec.

I've recently bought one. I'm far from an authority on these things. But, to my layman's eye it seemed okay to me.

Also Regina bit cheaper than Iwis but just as good.

As has been said, the cheap price would put me off. The only issue I have ever had with a new chain was a Colon bought from AF. It stretched beyond belief in next to no time.

I have bought IWIS in recent years and, even though I am no engineer, they are sturdy and inspire confidence.

Can you still buy Regina? I thought they were original fitment.

Regina are back!

I was just curious - I only use IWIS or MEC after a Rolon experience(!) but would use Regina now they are back.

Oh yeah. Rolon, that’s the one, not Colon :D
