Giuliari Seat

The parts of the frame which are riveted together have been repaired at some point on one side but using one of the grab rail screws probably because it had a shoulder with no thread and was convenient. It was too big and it had been drilled off centre so the two halves of the frame were out of line.
I have had this side welded up so I can re drill the correct size and re rivet.
Does anyone know what size the rivet should be?
