So far, I have been pleasantly surprised by the Classics on a standard 175 but I haven’t done a significant number of miles yet. I’d love to know which German tyre factory they are produced in.

They sell a tubeless version too, hadn`t noticed that before. Can`t think of anyone else doing this

I imagine it's the same one that SIP use as they produce the Classics in the tubeless version and I can confirm they are excellent.

I have seen a post from someone claiming that these are made in the Heidenau factory in Germany. I know this is hardly corroborative background evidence but, if true, that would be a positive for me.

Happy with mine. Only issue is that it sounds like they’re becoming more difficult to get in the uk because of additional import costs from the EU.

I’ve just fitted a front classic today.

Bought two off eBay, was a bit sceptical but they appear to be the real deal.

At a good price also
