I did a lot of work on my remade disk recently and to be honest, I wouldn't buy another.

The main problem is the actuator. The dimplesnin them are machined with a radius rathe than being stamped so they aren't hardened, nor is the profile correct. This means the lever has to travel much further than a standard original one. And also that it will wear quicker.

The other problem is that they lugs on remade actuators are too big and stick in the grooves of the back plate. People think the spring is too weak in them, but it's actually just trying to do more work.

I'd look for an original or reverse pull drum is better.
