NON CHROME RING STEERING LOCK BRACKET

Hi, hopefully someone has a bare GP frame in their garage/shed that can help.
I currently have my GP at the painters to be sprayed. Sometime in it's past someone has ground off the lug at the top of the steering tube for the steering lock.
I could really do with the dimensions for this bracket - width, depth from the frame, height and approx thickness.I would assume any non-chrome ring frame would be the same though ?
