Stepped nylon bushes was a JL option that might work with a couple of washers behind the bracket to push it further out and closer the pipe

it’s the angle of the exhaust mounting bracket? It’s not parallel to the swan neck side casing one?

If the manifold isn't tightened,the exhaust should be able to be pulled away from the engine and leveling up the bracket.
