I understand that there were 'variations' in the engine casing width at that point, depending on what model, (J50, J100 (Cento), J125 3-speed, J125 4-speed (Starstream)), and what type of engine mountings were used.
On early models the 2 big lugs on the engine casing were machined to take Cones, and these were used with dismantlable rubber mountings on the frame, later models had the lugs on the engine casing machined for bonded rubber mountings to be pressed in, these were used with another pair of bonded rubber mountings on the frame.
Which type do you need to check ? I have a 64 Cento, which has cones in the engine casing, but I fitted the later bonded rubber mountings on the frame, this combination needed some spacers between the cones and the mountings.
I'd be happy to measure for you, just need to know exactly where to measure, i.e. just across the cast lugs, (outer edges) of the engine casing ? or between the mountings /cones ?

My 64 Cento engine, measures 185 mm across the outside edges of the mounting lugs.
From the centre of the engine mount hole to the centre of the rear wheel is 380 mm.
Hope that helps.

I'll re-check my measurements on Monday as was only using a tape measure and had to 'eyeball it' so could be a bit out :?
