2 stroke mixture

Postby Myerscough180947 » Sun Dec 16, 2018 4:27 pm

I have a 1955 Lambretta LD150 I am using semi synthetic oil and 5% oil mix.
Is this the best ratio of oil to fuel?

25:1 is more than enough with semi synthetic oil. I have used 33:1 for many years on my 150D without any adverse effects.

I run 3% on full synthetic. 50+ mph, no issues.

Yes, I run on 3% (33:1) on semi synthetic. Most road Lambrettas don't need fully synth. I run my SX TS1 230 on semi synthetic at 3%.
