Hello.
Helping a friend out. Are there any torque settings for front and rear hubs on an LD?

There isn't a torque setting. Use the supplied tool and whack it with a hammer a few times. Or, you could use Li settings less, say, 10%.

Just remember that whilst all Li threads are steel, LD rear hub/front axle nuts are often brass, so be very careful not to overtighten...
