I would like to thank everyone on this forum who has helped me with this lengthy project. Without your help, I'm not sure if I would ever have managed to finish it.
I am hoping John Collier will be able to post the photos of my fully restored scooter.

My only suggestions would be to replace the black seat covers with green ones, and, the tilt of the rear seat should match the front.

Thanks guys.
I see what you mean about the rear seat, John. I've just taken a look at other D150s to see how it should look. At the present angle, it does make it difficult to get to the butty box underneath, so I will try to correct that.
The two brand new seat covers are actually dark green, but the photos don't show that too well. To be honest, I think the green of the new rear passenger hand grip rubber I bought is too light. I may try to find a darker one.
I replaced the seat cover that was on the scooter when I bought it, as that was black, and I was told it was from an LD.
I have temporarily re-fitted the rather tatty central disc onto the spare wheel, but will be getting a new one made up.

I have taken off the rear seat, but cannot see any way of adjusting the angle to get it level with the front one.
The rear one was not on the scooter when I bought it, but was given to me with it. It has the manufacturer's stamp on it: A. AGRATI. (I see they are currently trading in Milan and in France.)
I have photos of the seat if that would help.

I have started to tighten up the large nut which holds the main spring in place. Doing that would appear to raise the back of the seat frame up, which is what I need to do.
It needs to go up quite a lot, but I'm not really sure how far I can safely tighten the large nut onto the threaded rod.
At the back end of the same rod (i.e. the end nearest the spare wheel) is a short section with a smaller thread to take another nut. I originally had this tightened up against the larger nut, but that must be wrong. I guess it's just there to act as a safety measure, to stop the larger nut from coming off and the spring flying backwards off the threaded rod, but it now has nothing to bear against. Is there something that should slide onto the rod, and sit between the two different size nuts?

I think I had the spring nuts in the right place originally. I can't see how adjusting them will bring the seat up.
There is some evidence of re-welding on the seat frame, so I think it might have been put back together at the wrong angle. The painted cup on the frame where the spring locates at the front end appears to be to far forward at the top of the frame legs.
I have recently spoken to an owner of another D150, so I will try to take a look at his pillion seat and compare it with mine.

Best to look at another to see what’s up.
