True Italian or not

Please take a look at this to see if you can tell if it's authentic or not. The guy states it is. I do see the painted nuts on the wheel hub. He says he does all those that way. From what I understand that is a sign of vietmam scoot. I will try to post more pics when I figure it out.

it makes me wary when I see an Italian/Spanish Li Lambretta with a GP crank case side & Black trim :roll:

Cannot see the stand so is it on a side stand only?
Ask him for the frame and engine numbers.
