4 Nations - LCGB Tickets - Update 19/09/18

Thanks to Linda for the design.

The Ulster Lambretta Club look forward to seeing a good crowd from the LCGB in Northern Ireland this year, anyone who's been to the previous 4nations in Ulster will know you're assured of a warm welcome.
For our 60th anniversary we decided on a change and moved from the north coast to the beautiful scenery of County Fermanagh.
The venue has a bar (obviously), a boat with a bar, large covered workshop area, a hall for the indoor custom show and club stalls.
We've organised transport to ferry people to and from the local village of Lisnaskea on the Friday and the county town of Eniskillen on Saturday.
Chalet accommodation is available on site at a very reasonable rate that includes an Ulster Fry on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Codes for booking a room will be sent out once numbers are finalised.

Rather than start a new thread Il use this one to provide an update on LCGB applications.

All LCGB members applications received by the deadline published in Jetset (19/03/18) have secured a ticket for this 4 Nations 2018.

I am waiting for the ULC to release the accommodation booking code before sending confirmation letters of all applications. I hope this will be within the next month or so.

Thanks

Update 22/05/18

All ticket application cheques will be banked in the next few days. 95 LCGB members have applied for, and secured tickets for the years 4 Nations 2018.

I am awaiting confirmation of the booking code for the accommodation at the rally site and confirmation letters will be posted out to all applicants straight away. (Hopefully in the next few days).

Cheers

Yes, sorry. The payment for LCGB tickets has now been made to the ULC in order they can plan accordingly for the event.

continuing a theme of being rubbish at getting tickets - is there a "cancellation waiting list" for this rally? if so can I be added?

When will we get the info about the tickets and the accommodation ?
It’s been quiet for a few weeks now?

All 95 LCGB Ticket Holders have been posted a letter 1st class today to explain the accommodation options on the 4 Nations 2018 rally site.

While some ticket holders have secured accommodation off site, the letter explains the process for applying for shared accommodation at the rally venue.

Apologies for being cryptic however it is important that all attendees have an equal opportunity for applying for the LCGB allocated accommodation.

Cheers

Toot

P.S. I've been asked a few times now about late applications for tickets. All those that applied within the advertised deadline (95) have secured tickets. Therefore any possible tickets will only become available should any of the 95 give back word.

As per the usual agreement, any 'transferring' of 4 Nations tickets will not be recognized by the host club unless it is arranged through each club's nominated contact (i.e. myself)
