But can you get a parmo?

After lengthy and complex negotiations( tbh I checked the website and it already on there ;) ) I can confirm that the Teesside delicacy the "parmo" will be on the menu in both its popular forms- Chicken and the original and best......Pork.

The Parmo is a Teesside specialty and is high end dining at its finest. Pork or chicken (preferably pork for the traditionalists) fillet, lathered in béchamel sauce and cheese, served with chunky chips or as it was originally..........roasties. For decorative purposes a salad garnish is often served but this is generally pushed to one side. :)

Wasn't Parmo a dish made by the Geordie contestant on Masterchef earlier in the current series?

I know it's a day out but not worth ruining the diet with the hamster food.

Hopefully these links work, some better priced rooms have come available in Grange.

Netherwood seems to have reduced prices and has rooms available:

The Cumbria Grand has also done something similar and better value than last time I looked.

Commadore hotel which backs onto the car park we are starting from, will be doing breakfast sandwiches and hot drinks from about 8 30 onwards.
Thanks Jordan for your help in sorting this.
