Just tried booking the ferry !!

Zeebrugge to Hull on Monday the 8th is fully booked (might be the scooter places ?). Had to book Rotterdam Hull, when booked the P&O agent said there was only a few places left on this ferry as well....looks like a busy weekend !!

Price's seemed reasonable.....3 scoots, cheap inner 4 berth cabin, 3 people, just under £400.

usually the ferry companies assign, say 60, spaces for motorcycles, but when they sell-out, they often make more spaces available. After all, they can get more money from four scooters than they can from one car.

Don't worry, there is a good chance that more motorcycle/scooter places will come available.

There tend to be a lot of motorbike events around the same time so ferry places do tend to go quickly. Daytime crossings from Harwich seem to have more availability though, and cheaper as you don't need a cabin.

Glad Peach sorted us 8 Balls out nice and early so we got spaces at a reasonable price too.

Tesco clubcard always comes in useful for the tunnel. When are you going Covboy?

Bit of war history to be seen around Bastogne so looking forward to that and Ypres again on the return home :D . Plan is to Model D it this time which should be different. Lambretta's, War Stuff, good company and maybe the odd beer :o , whats not to like.
