Lambretta Italia Rally 2020 in Sardinia
Posted: Thu Jan 30, 2020 6:52 pmThere is one space for a scooter in our vehicle for transport to Genoa.
The vehicle will be starting at Sheffield on Sunday 10th of May we could arrange to meet you and your scooter on the way to the Euro tunnel.
Once at Genoa, we will be unloading the van, excess baggage will be moved to a friends' vehicle for transporting to Corsica then on to Sardinia. We will board the ferry with our scooters and share a 4 berth cabin (only 3 of us, so a little spare room).
At Corsica we will take a casual ride from landing at the north of the island to the south where we will pick up the ferry to Sardinia.
We will make our way to the rally hotel for the registration and weekend itinerary...

Friday May 15th -
9.00 am: Meeting of participants at Hotel Club Saraceno **** - Arbatax.
10.00 am: Opening of registrations and accommodation of Lambrettist participants.
2.30 pm: Tour start (56 Km) Arbatax - Baunei with visit to the Natural Monument "Su Sterru" Golgo alternatively visit to Nuraghe "Bau Nuragi" and "Tomb of the Giants" Località Triei (visit with tourist guides).
5.00 pm: Departure for Santa Maria Navarrese short stop 1.5 h in the square with performance by Dance Group and Ogliastrina typical music.
18.30: Departure for the return with passage to Lotzorai - Girasole - Tortolì - Arbatax.
19.00: Return to the Hotel Club Saraceno.
20.30: Dinner in Bu et.
10.00 pm: Animation and Entertainment.
Saturday 16th May -
8.30 am: Registration opens.
9.30 am: Tour start (96 Km) Arbatax - Barisardo - Cardedu
10.30 am: Arrival in Jerzu and visit to the Antichi Sapori Wine Cellar with typical wine tasting and tasting of typical sweets of the area.
11.45 am: Departure with passage Ulassai - Osini - Gairo – Villagrande (Bivio).
12.30: Arrival at Bosco St. Barbara Villagrande lambrette stop
1.00 pm: Typical Ogliastra lunch in the open air in the woods. with performance by Dance Group and Ogliastrina typical music.
16.00: Departure for the return with passage Villagrande - Tortolì
5.00 pm: Arrival in Tortolì with a stop in Piazzale Viale Arbatax with exposure Lambrettas.
19.00: Return to the Hotel Club Saraceno.
20.30: Gala dinner in Bu et.
22.00: Animation and Entertainment, Awards.
Sunday 17th May -
9.30 am: Departure of the “Lungo mare” tour (50 Km) Arbatax - Orri -
Cea - Barisardo
11.00 am: Arrival in Barisardo stop at "Torre di Barì" Aperitife tasting typical sweets of the area ..
12.30: Departure for the return
1.00 pm: Return to the Hotel Club Saraceno.
1.30 pm: Greetings and closing of the XXVIII National Meeting of the Lambretta Club D'Italia.
We will leave on the Sunday and be back in the UK on Tuesday 19th.
