Check out Google Maps :- Via Caduti Di Marcinelle, Lambrate, Milan. Its on a long straight road, which runs under the A51 Motorway.

Good luck in finding it.

Dan

There was an interesting article in Scootering a few editions back where they outline a walk around what is left of the factory. I've got it copied to take with me as we are staying in Milan for a couple of nights after the Euro.

You are lucky, the security guard won't let us anywhere near, and was very perplexed why people 'like us' kept turning up to look at a derelict factory !!

There is also a bar not too far away, think it is called the Lambrettino bar. Full of memorabilia, but when we went the new owner had only owned it a week.

Its because theres literally nothing to see bar as you say...a derelict building...a little like going out of the way to look at 'scenery' (another one i dont understand) a bit pointless..

Scenery ill ride miles for, big skies, to a south London lad are near spiritual. The sheer scale of ranges of mountains or moors gives our brief life a little perspective.
But an inanimate derelict building doesn't touch my soul.

We were at Novegro for the Mostra Scambio, we had travelled from Piedmont, so thought whilst in Milan - do the lot in one go - Lambretta Factory, lambretta bar & Casa Lambretta, made the trip a bit more worthwhile.
