Hi all, here's my series 2 cutdown. Based on a picture I found on the internet, with a bit of a skateboard twist. Not that I'm any good on a skateboard, but I do own a pair of vans ;)

Maybe that's the point with that "seat"

Nice scoot though, good to see something a bit different.

Built for speed not distance

Engines a 200 tsi, stand stroke crank, gp200 gearbox and a 30mn carb.

Forks have been shortened by about 3 inches

The number plate adhesive, had to cut out the numbers, because of the bend of the mudguard.

And yes it’s an improvised air scoop, to aid cooling as I’m using a finless flywheel and a a.f. mammoth head.

hopefully if i've done this right, this should be a link to my photo gallary

I'd like to say it's all my own work, but can't take credit for the forks shortening or the seat pad.

Any issues with the cooling ? have you done long stints cruising or is it short trips only ?

Got a sip speedo with a temperature sensor attached to the head. Temp sits around 130/150 c once warmed up.
