On the old forum now sadly lost but thought maybe of interest to those who havent seen it..
Factory restored using around 90% new old stock Innocenti parts collected up over a four year period. N.o.s bodywork includes legshields, footboards, side panels, rear mudguard, both inner and outer front mudguards, toolbox and door, splash plate, stand and all badges.
Mechanical parts-both front and rear hubs, front and rear shock, wheels, engine casing and side cover, mag flange, std 60mm piston and rings, exhaust box, cables with oilers, Dellorto MB23 carb and filter housing, wiring loom, front and rear light, Magnetti Marelli Cw225 plug, all fixings and fasteners, battery, switches and housings, levers, gear linkages, all rubbers, grips, running in decal and Michelin ACS tyres . Dry built and stripped down three times to ensure perfect fitting bodywork before painting in cellulose.
Most parts came from Rimini, WCLW (under Vince Mross), Nigel Cox, Darrel Milnes, Howard Chambers and Jem Booth. Cellulose paint by Nick Traveller at Italia Refinish Clacton.

Can we all just admire the scooter here in Show your Ride fellas and discuss other issues if deemed necessary in Chit Chat ;)

The LCGB run a forum where the membership can generally show off their scoots without to much negativity and id hate to think a good thread was being spoilt by a load of unnecessary chatter ;)

Lets not discourage future threads from LCGB members folks

I admired your TV1 in all of the reference pics which you sent me privately to aid my own TV1 rebuild Andy!

Studied it closely in the metal on Saturday and it really is top notch! I'm coming to the end of mine soon with the delivery of a few more parts recently!

Thanks for your help over the last couple of years!

Hi Andy, great scooter, what year is it? Wondering if the battery tray was a late addition as my series one doesn't have one but my series two does. Might need to source one.

Thanks

Keith

Budgie, its a 59 model, very late with a frame number over 200 past the official cut off figure but not registered until December 1960. If your S1 doesnt have a battery tray its likely a non battery import model, i had one like it.
Craig, youre welcome mate, the least i could do.
Eden, yes i did have it for sale during another mad moment and did have two takers, one in Thailand and another LCGB member, no names but a prolific collector with a D racer amongst many others but have decided to keep it.
Thanks for all the comments, glad you all like it. Tbh its the first ive been back to my thread and just read Martins (weeks) comments, wasnt aware of any negativity...oh well.. ;)
