Yeah pretty good toddy.... Obviously just picked it up like an excited kid and didn't go over it with a fine tooth comb... Now iv gone back to the workshop and there's a few little bits- 1 small drip and a bit of something under the piant on the side of the muddy but will prob get him to flat it or something when it's done , it's a little bit creamyer than I thought it would be tbh.. I was looking for an ivory but I chose this colour (matched off of a late sx150) and brought the paint so ..

You know those threads that only get updated every 6 months and last for years....this isn't going to be one of those!
Mrs Nobby is away this weekend so I'm making the most of it!......

I wanted to finish the engine last week so I could just bung it in yest and start building up the frame etc..... But best laid plans n all that.....
All I had actually done last week was put hub bearing and the gearbox in (no end plate/end float) and the crank/bearings....

So I spend yesterday building the whole engine!

I've used mostly original parts (90%?) ( all bodywork, forks , hubs, rims, rubbers, plastics, lights , engine internals etc.
only bearings, some nuts and bolts sent og) which has ment everything fits- which has speeded things up no end- I've spent whole afternoons before making remade parts fit where they should gggrrrr

Case in point ....... Remade brake light switch...... You only got to get one measure to right ffs!!!, what's the point in going to the hassle of putting something in to production if it's totally unusable !! :D :D :D
