yes its quite easy to lift the front wheel, i dont use the powerband much in first and second gear to avoid wheelies, but you can wind on the power in 3rd 5th and 6th, power is unbelivable, it starts to come on song about 5/6 thousand revs then the powerband hits like a freight train, and pulls very hard, as the revs climb it pulls even harder right to 9-10 thousand revs. these non powervalve engines were well known for there strong powerband, its a slightly longer wheelbase than a standard lammy, does feel strange at first but is very nice to ride, its hard to not break the speed limit, and its hard to know what gear your in also, realy fun to ride.
:D

Love it when a Lambretta hits the power at 80/85 such a sweet feeling as you zip past cars who are gobsmacked
that your doing that kind of speed..... Its a rush for sure . 8-) ;) G.

Quality work, I bet that sounds awesome. it wouldn't have been out of place at the MCN Bike Show (I was there yesterday) in the Custom section 8-)

Really like that. Well done on the build, I've seen a few in the build stage in Frank Sandersons place. Look forward to reading about it in the mag. I love the idea...one day maybe.

Stunning. Have you thought about a Digi gear indicator to help knowing what gear you're in? I put one on my R1 because I was forever trying to change up from 6th.

yes i keep doing that as well, ive got my eye on one, just the routing of the wires thats the problem, its on my list of things to do, the carbs are out of balance at the moment, they need adjusting.
