The ignition circuit worked fine a few days back and, after 6 or 7 kicks, the engine fired up okay
But, the only working lights were the speedo, rear and brake. I can't say I was shocked. There's always something that doesn't work first time, for me anyway.
After half an hour of reviewing pictures of wiring circuits, I was confused as the simplified AC loom that I have used on 2 or 3 rebuilds before was no longer, how shall we say, simple
Thankfully, the logical side of my brain told me that with leaving a couple of wires taped up, I must have wired it correctly.
Now I am no expert with a Multimeter in hand but everything I tried pointed to this being the offender:
