So after a great run up to Boston with a couple of mates for the Lammy jammy on my
Rat RT kitted scooter.........I get home and decide to give my old Original SX200 a spin
and I am converted .......what a treat it is to get on an original unmolested engine....
so smooth .........I think the SX200 was the ultimate Lambretta....2010 original miles
on this one :D 8-) . G.

Great to se some photos of Boston, I worked there for a couple of years in the 90's, and my eldest son was born there!

G, I have been riding around for the last 3 weeks on a bog standard Jet 200, and it's been great!

lots of videos and pictures on the Facebook page as well...

estimate is that 120 Lambrettas were there over the weekend (4 Lambro's, 2 Lunas, 1 Chopper, and of course many Innocenti and Serveta machines)

The Blue/White SX in the above pics is an ex-PA scooter that was used on a Holiday camp, with corresponding # on the horncast!

Looks like a fabulous original SX, doesn't get much better than that! Any chance of more pics of that scoot?
Funnily enough just been out on my (mostly original) SX200 renovation, indeed a nice ride - nicest Lambretta model I've rode.

Yes mate it was a fun ride up there and the ride round Boston was fantastic
and there were numerous other ride outs etc ...all in all a cracker of a weekend
and the weather and the scooter behaved themselves. Some lovely people at
the Rally and some very nice original scoots. had a blast . 8-) G.

The rally was a joint venture with the Parkway Aces and Stranglers. Aaron was the big boss man but he had tons of help from Paul, Eric, Woody, Jessica, and many others. It was a great weekend!

3 groups road up from NYC, with furthest ridden going to a Bostonian living in NJ! The Solerunners who road up from PA had some trouble near the end and had to truck the last 40 miles... still it wasnt the kitted Cento that broke down!

It'll be the very thin celly paint film which wouldn't have bee very shiny from new. 2k is thicker and very shiny...also very hard wearing though
