I have searched thru the Special section on Anoraks corner but cant find the answer to my
question, which is, what colours were the Li150 Special available in , not the Silver or Golden Specials .
Going From a book that i received thru this club a few years back, it says They came in white with only the side panels in a different colour. Is this true ? And if so what colours were there on the panels.

Martyn What year are you asking about? 1963 to late 1965 were metallic silver but there were a late batch in 1968 which were White with coloured panels.
They were sold alongside the SX150

My frame No, Starts 269, so im guessing late 66` .

Here in the US the early 'chrome ring' versions also came in red. I believe this color was unique to North America as I've never seen red 150 Specials in any other markets (though happy to be corrected!).

If it is a frame starting 269 I would suggest the scooter is one of the batch from 1968 when Innocenti started supplying the 150 special to be sold alongside the SX150. They came in white with either red or blue side panels and horncast.
