tool box rubber

Postby WOO » Sun Sep 17, 2017 10:58 am

I am restoring a series 2 li125 for the first and last time
the tool box rubber seems a bit thick, is it best to mitre the corners or not

I agree WOO, this rubber is a real pain. If you mitre the corners, no one should notice, let alone chastise you for doing so.

In the end, I left mine off and fitted something different in there. However, mine is no restoration so I can claim diplomatic immunity.

Do what you think best fella.
