BBC2 Trade Test Colour Film "Cantagallo"
Posted: Thu Aug 17, 2017 3:24 pmHi all, BBC2 used to show trade test films at weekday lunchtimes during the late 60's and early 70's. I used to watch them when home from school for lunch. They weren't available anywhere for decades, but have now all turned up on YouTube. This one, 'Cantagallo' features a day in the life of an Italian Autostrada service area. From two minutes on there are a few shots of a brand new Apple green SX150 being ridden by a young lad who works on the garage pumps. It's a nice piece of 60's nostalgia if nothing else.
