We've decided to allow it on a trial basis. Attachments are not allowed in PMs. Any abuse and it'll be withdrawn though and as only members can post you would hope no one would be daft enough attach something incriminating...

The way uploaded images are displayed has been now changed. 
When you upload a photo attachment the server will create a thumbnail of the image and display it in your post, you can see the original size image if you click on the thumbnail.
Before the image was displayed in full size on screen but with scroll bars around the image if it didn't fit on the screen
they now display like this
