Dellorto 30mm choke

Postby jonoy » Sun May 22, 2022 6:24 pm

I wanted to change choke cable today as the plunger is not fully closing when choke
is closed, no more adjustment
I’ve unscrewed the choke from top of card housing
but it’s remaking under tension and plunger will not
come out

Any suggestions please

Nor sure what you mean, what sort of carb is it? The choke assembly should either be threaded directly into the carb body or if its a performance type (PHBH etc) it will be retained by a small screw. Either way the choke plunger should pull out easily.
