Throttle Cable Change

Changing my set up, swapping a standard jetex for a dellorto PHBH, on the traditional side - RHS looking at the bike. Do I need to change the throttle cable to an extra long one & then re-route as a matter of course? Cheers G

Not if you get a 90 degree bend, you will need a new inner because it's longer on the PHBH and the solder less nipple is at the headset end.

Also if you drill the throttle wheel so the cable can pass through the solderless nip and the throttle wheel it makes it much easier to fit the cable
