I’d drop the choke to 45 and the pilot to 50.
No prove of this other than somewhere near a Muggy 186.
See how you go.
Cheers Shane

Shane, are you sure you don't mean the other way round ie: choke to 50 and pilot to 45?

Bit rich for a standard 150 I’d imagine
My settings on an Rt200 reedvalve below
25 delly
112 main
70 choke
45 slide
50 idle set 2 turns out
D22needle
AQ 266 Atomiser
300 float jet

Thanks chaps... first experience in trying to set one of these carbs up...

Mate just bought scooter... The seller had bodged a big block manifold onto the Li150 barrell, and used a bit of car radiator hose as the manifold rubber...

I'm having to check everything now...

Hi, can I ask did you get this tuned in - just starting to do exacty the same thing and a known set-up would be helpful to get started. Only difference I have is that I have a 42mm Clubman , but doubt it will make that much difference . . . Cheers
