Thinking of going with this carb, running a 195 imola (yes 195) v force reed with an expansion. Does anyone have a similar setup or can advise on jetting?

Scott.

Yes contact Martin Corrado of Just Lambretta, he uses both TMX27 and tmx30 on imola.

On a Quattrini 210 (218) with a CST10 curly using a varitronic ignition

Power jet 40
Main 320
Pilot jet 30 (feels rich)
Float valve 3.0
Needle 5-EL68 P3 (middle of 5)
Atomiser 622/2

Sounds like a cracking set up BG. I had an eye on the CS curly is it robust ?(most curlys aren’t) and does it give good power through the range? Have a jollymoto thing here which gives off a lovely ping but only gives power towards the top!

Yep very good power. On 4.4:1 gearing it revs through nicely with loads of torque. Power kicks in at 5500 rpm but in top drops off about 7400 rpm (but that is 80 mph). Lots of torque “off” pipe. Bit loud though. I think it’s the Quattrini exhaust port that makes it loads louder than other kits not the actual pipe. I did have grounding issues but generally ok for solo riding. Well made and looks like a work of art.
