GT186 Jetting Advice Needed

Postby Bilko » Wed Jan 16, 2019 8:07 pm

Is anyone running a Dellorto 26mm on a GT186 with a 60X110 crank and a BGM Clubman?

I'm needing jetting advice please.

I think I started with a 26mm on my GT then went onto 30mm followed by Keihin but need to double check, do have a 60/110 and V4 BGM though.

What do you need to know Bilko? I'll ask my mate to pull up some old dyno charts too check the info on them if you want.

Just a close-ish jetting for my set up. I'm not really sure what to start with.

Thanks, appreciate your help. Do you mind me asking about float valve and atomiser? Not sure what needle that is, Google says PWK?

I laughed. Never heard that before. Thank you!

No problem and yes you're right about the needle oops :?

Haven't got that carb anymore but X7 needle and 300 float valve rings a bell but I couldn't be 100% certain.

The Revolution Starts at Closing Time, one of my favourite albums from the mid 80s. A bit punky in places and with a bit of a fun Madness feel - if you like that sort of thing :D
