Temperature sensor for AF Mammoth head

The AF Mammoth head has a M4.5mm threaded hole to, apparently, mate with either a SIP or Koso temperature sensor.

I have been searching, albeit on the small screen of my phone, for ages and I can’t find a sensor that’ll fit.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to a sensor of this size please?

By the way, I really don’t want to go with the plug attachment option.

Or, could it be that the standard CHT sensors are actually M4.5 where they screw into the plug attachment, in which case, all I’d need to do is discard the plug attachment??

Thanks very much :)

I don’t suppose you could recommend a reasonably priced gauge that will mate to :P

A flat type I can stick on a toolbox rather than drill holes ;)

A cheap gauge is a tall order and stick on is even trickier.

This might do the trick, but it's a bit scant on technical details. I had a koso voltmeter on a bike once and that was decent quality.

This looks good, but I'd contact the seller about cable length and sender type.

Thanks, Dickie. I have also emailed AF asking the question about the SIP CHT one which is £55.

The stock SIP RTD sensor is 4.5mm. Just discard the useless plug adaptor.
