Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Got one of those cheap little revcounters thats been fine.All of a sudden its reading double the revs.Have reset it several times but no luck.Any ideas?

spend a fiver and get another.......

or....could be stator, cdi or plug on it's way out ? maybe try on another scoot/engine

Just fitted a Searon Backlit Digital Tacho.(part no X000LGVEZ1)
It has 8 programmable firing patterns and its own internal CR2032 battery.
Works a treat apart from a 1 second lag, but very happy with it.

It is funny but the revs in top are not as high as expected and not as high as I can rev it on the stand.

Gearbox is SX200 and 46/16.

Max speed normally 70 mph ish but got 76 mph out of it with a tail wind recently.
