Bad vibration, well kind of

Ive recently replaced the bgm piston on my kit with an Asso alternative simply for no other reason that the BGM one in the D grade i wanted wasn’t available.

I noticed that the Asso piston is substantially thicker and noticeably heavier than the BGM one, anyway on road testing i find everything is as it should be apart from a bit of vibration, dont get me wrong it vibrated before but is noticeably more so now. Nothing else has been altered or changed so im guessing the extra weight of the piston is causing this, is this possible?
