Hi All,
Fitted the avanti ex-box to my ts1 60-110 crank used 30mm delly carb and utilising an sx 200 gearbox 46 crown 15 front sprocket.
I'm finding it to be really torquey through out the gears and pulls real easy however seems to be to revvy and topps out at 65mph.

Should i fit a 16 tooth or should I got to li 150 box on a 46t crown x 16 front sprocket making it 4.6 instead of 4.8.

why not try 16x47 ? with your sx 200 box, that will give you a 4th gear ratio of 4:61.if its quite revvy with your current set up of 15x46 then just give it a try with the 16x47 combo, its the only way to find out I'm afraid ps maybe try 16x48 on your sx box first that will give you a 4:71 ratio

I'm running 4.7 on mine with that set up. Seems pretty good to me.

Li150 box with 16/46 will give u 4.9 FD

Or 15x47 on the sx 200 box will give a 4:92 4th gear ratio
