Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Hi I'm after a new gudgeon pin for my ts 225 piston, af's are out of stock so wondered if anyone knows of any other stockists or of an alternative pin with the same dimensions , piston is the std asso type. many thanks for any info Al ;)

In the past, I have shortened over-long grudge on pins by putting the pin in a drill chuck and spinning the pin whilst machining the end with an angle grinder.

It sounds brutal, but it is surprisingly effect. First, you need to find an over-long pin.

Someone clever will be along in a minute with a sensible suggestion.
