Been wanting to build this for a while.
I've got a fresh plated early 70mm barrel.
Choice of 58 or 60 Crank.
107 or 110 rod.
Boysen or standard reeds.
30mm phbh or 34mm flat slide delly
Jl3, jl4, taffy copy NK Road or fresco
What would you do?

As AF intended.....standard kit, good 107 crank, Fresco and to get better economy a 30mm phbh - they do all you need in this form.
Ive ran 34 VHSB and taffy copy for years with no problem but heavy on juice so moving to 30mm carbs for this year....working on jetting at minute.
Just put a fresco on (ali end can) one bike and was pleasantly surprised on the test runs. The fresco runs on further than the taff copy but the taff copy is a more civilised ride
I stub mounted the fresco u bend
So im running this year standard kits with taffy copy and another with fresco

True Old skool would be a mazzachelli 107 crank, standard kit, Amal Mk 2, fresco, standard 4 plate clutch with a centre spring, GP gearing and 19/46 sprokets.....

You can to rocket to over 90mph on that set up.........well you could back then allegedly but I think that's with a 10 quid Indian 120mph speedo.....

Yeah, a bit. 5mm of weld added to the top of the barrel.

Jet200 casing Matched to Ts1
Mb tuned TORQUE TOUR TUNE with 3mm base packer
Bgm clubman modified
Sx200 gearing 15x46 although I could use a 16 also.
I normally use a 25 delly on it for loads more torque over bhp
Putting on the 30 ups the gains big time both on bhp & Torque

So great to hear there are a few TS 200 still going!
martyn dwane , could never get mine to rev out all those years ago with a Michec exhaust , great acceleration but topped out at 50! Used an old PM for years then and still using a BGM V1 which is great.
