The cast, alloy thing has been well aired and there are pros and cons to both. As for it being expensive, well a knee jerk reaction would say yes. But it's not much more so than a GT200 kit when you think about it. And, given that the pound is taking a battering at the moment maybe it's not so bad after all.

No worms were harmed in the making of this post. :D

I did try a couple of weeks back ! as the only info I could get on this kit was from Stickys excellent Lambretta kits book.

i know its an old thread but I,ve just built a casa x2 225 engine .22mm Dellorto and scootopia clubman. Road test & dyno soon
