Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Depends what specification, the 22.9 big end is ok for medium powered Ts1's Rapido's etc, however if your looking for RB's, SS200 etc you'll need a more suitable one of which there are none @22.9 as this is unique to Lambretta's, modern performance crankshafts use 22mm big end bearings as per the others in the two wheeled world.

Stepped pin??

I've just had a pr of 22.9 Mazz webs built up using AF stepped pin, NRB bearing and older type AF race rod. Webs needed TIG welding as the pin not tight enough in webs.

AF said it would be fine in a standard TS1

I ran the 22.9 Mazz crank in a TS1 for a long time - though not my first choice now, it served me well

Your right Gaz AF do a 22.9 down to 22 stepped pin, they are fine for medium powered motors, but think you will have trouble fitting a decent race/RB spec bearing to one
