Would one work as almost an overdrive, and the other as a real 5th gear?
What sort of top speed increase could you expect from both?
Sorry my knowledge on gear box settings is non existent

I refuse to pay £1000 for the Cyclone so the AF is a reasonable cost in comparison.
Our club usually ride around the 45-50mph mark. Which is a little slow for my liking. Local rides only. The Rapido is not set up right and is currently being looked at. Now is the time if any to add that gear box. Is it worth the additional £500. + fitting costs?
We have a few long distance rides planned for Europe this year. This bike is built for high speed touring and that's what I want. Will this help? If so how. Better top end, or more relaxed cruising. (Overdrive, for those old enough)

It is Gareth but just want reliability this year instead of going flat out all the time and destroying my engines like last year
