It is if it has a prefix of:- TV/2*553*** (without any CC before the TV prefix). It is difficult to work out exact build dates on TV3's as 175's and 200's were run together in the same sequence.

Hi,
My tv200 that I purchased secondhand back in 1968, that I still have, was first registered April 1964.
I still have the original old green log book.
Engine number starts 533 and frame starts 531.
Hope this helps.
Unfortunately during my earlier years riding lambrettas I damamaged the casing
and being very nieve did not think I could get casing repaired so scrapped it.
Was using a small bore case until replacing with an original tv2 large bore case
with engine no starting 533, so engine and frame number are even closer
