Vigano Grab Rail / rear rack, series 3

the type that has two handles either side of seat with red pointed gems, it also has a kind of sprint rack built in?
bolts under the front of the seat and uses the rear frame holes on the frame....
does not hold any form of spare wheel either..
I had one a few years back but would like another....
