1969 DL 125

Postby Covboy » Thu May 23, 2019 4:04 pm

Heres the next project - Just collected locally (Thanks Kev Fox!).

Its a very straight 1969 DL 125 imported from Sicily a few years ago.
Points missing, ive got some spares so am going to try and get it running this weekend.

Interestingly the fork boots are odd - they are too right hand sides!!!

Interesting speedo. I suppose I've only seen remakes, but the Innocenti is very bold.

Seen this in the flesh and reference the forks, something looked different but initially didnt seem obvious  . Weird when you look at something, you know its not right but cant see it  . Nice looking project that is all there. Plastered in matt black but if that comes off ok should make a lovely original scooter.

Its a shame you have decided to sell this Steve. Anyone looking for a good solid registered & running Italian GP would not go far wrong with this one. Details can be seen in "For Sale" section.
