Flange rubber manifold for Mugello

Postby Knowledge » Mon Jan 13, 2020 11:46 pm

Hi.

I am about to fit a Mugello to a mate’s scooter. Is there a flange-rubber inlet manifold available from a dealer, or have I got to make my own?

What size are the inlet studs on a Mugello? 125/150/175 or 200?

Mito do one that fits both. BGM and MB do ones that fit 200 spacing.

BGM do a CNC one, and MB do a cast one that is a near clone of the BGM one, but a little cheaper. I’ve had experience with both the BGM and Mito and would recommend either. I’ve also ‘slotted’ the BGM to work on ‘small block’ spacings. BGM sits a little closer to engine, and is designed around an MB flange rubber, where as the Mito is designed around a generic Dellorto rubber that are relatively easy to find via motorcycle dealers.
