Just out of curiosity is this scooters theme to do with the late great George Dukes track?

Sometimes it pays off to read the thread rather than just look at the pictures

Hope to see this somewhere this season (no pressure)

Bit more done this week...

Top and bottom end done, squish, tbc etc, I would take a photo of the other side but there's no gearbox or anything in there! ...waiting on a few parts..
Tbh the Indian casing is abit pants!... Had loads o welding repairs done on studs etc but when I put the main and hub bearings in they just pushed in by hand!!... Had to use stud and bearing fit on them! ... Still it was a casing I already had and I'd spent money welding any getting it blasted so ...

Like I said earlier in thread it's a very early (no32, 1985) mb tuned st6 225 (retuned , I sent it back to broady to have a look at to see if he could bring it up to date and tame it!- exhaust is very high!) old skool asso piston , innocenti gp200 barrel, Indian head, no head gasket, exhaust and inlet matched (of course!) (inlet had I massive 'step' in it I had to grind off?!), original 80s Ducati lighterened flywheel , bgm stator, Italian gp200 gearbox and Sil sprockets with 400x10s , 4 plate clutch with mb springs

3hrs at 182 Watts is the long session (Ironman training) so always looking for good and unheard music... If you've got any more tunes Nobby I'd be happy to give em a listen?

Absolutely Fantastic build by the way, just oozes history. Keep it coming!

Just like most of us Lambretta riders keep our left hand hoverring over the clutch lever, I'd like to see a bit of rag stuffed down that inlet some time soon......

Are you using an original Dell'Orto VHB?

Ar yeah sorry lads... I hate it when people don't post in a build thread for ages to!!.... But the truth is Iv done fuck all since that last post :-( , very frustrating for me because Iv done the hard bits and it's just the glory bits- tinware and chrome stuff left to do, A couple of days work a reckon because I have everything from cables and loop to engraved brass panel plates, dtc horncast badge and afew other little touches all sitting there , I haven't run out of steam- I'm still really excited about getting her finished and seeing at rally's again...but life's got in the way since a last posted- I firstly put bla aside to finish my pacemaker ( see another thread of mine on here!) for a scootering photo shoot (in last months - julys scootering) and then.........
I now have a son!! and took 5 weeks off of everything parental leave!...
And then I lost my workshop !- so Iv had to put bla in storage (she's actually in 2 different places at the mo!- rolling chassis in one place and tinware in another! till I find another workshop :-(
Can't see her being finished for the iow .....even if she was finished I don't think I could go at the mo, I'm prob looking at getting her ready for next years season now fffffffff
